In the exclusive Mont d’Arbois area of Megève, we have just found the third home for MH21 COMFORT. A beautiful chalet-style apartment with access to a shared pool and tennis court, set in a truly exceptional location.

An Exclusive Location

Between the town and the Mont d’Arbois ski area lies the Praz du Mont d’Arbois development, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountain slopes wherever you look.

This is where MH21 COMFORT’s future home will be located, less than 2 km from the charming town centre, where horse-drawn carriages are a traditional part of getting around, and approximately 1 km from the Mont d’Arbois lift, one of the area’s three main lifts. A ski bus stops right by the entrance to the development, and experienced skiers can even take a shortcut home on skis.

Mont d’Arbois is considered the most exclusive area of Megève and is home to both a golf course and the five-star Four Seasons Hotel.

A Home with Wonderful Facilities

The chalet-style apartment is located on the second floor, at the top of one of the development’s five chalets. The building has a lift, and each apartment comes with private indoor parking, a ski locker and a storage room. There is also a shared summer pool and tennis court – a rare feature in Megève.

The apartment offers approximately 68 m² of living space, plus an additional 14 m² mezzanine. It features two bedrooms, one of which has access to a small balcony, two bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen. From here, you can also step out onto a large south-west-facing balcony with beautiful views.

A staircase from the living room leads up to the mezzanine, where we plan to add a sofa bed. The second bathroom is also located here.

The apartment will undergo a complete renovation, giving us the opportunity to create exactly the look and feel we have in mind, while making the most of the apartment’s excellent existing features. The particularly high vaulted ceilings create a wonderful sense of space and add a real wow factor.
