A new home with a view in Provence

We are delighted to present the first home for MH22 PREMIUM+ – a charming stone house in Seillans, one of Provence’s most picturesque hilltop villages. Thanks to great interest, Phase 1 of MH22 PREMIUM+ is sold out, and Phase 2 is now open.

A peaceful setting close to it all

Seillans is a medieval hilltop village officially listed among Les Plus Beaux Villages de France – the most beautiful villages in France. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, its narrow cobbled lanes, shaded squares and old stone houses have long inspired artists.

The house enjoys a quiet, elevated position with lovely views across the surrounding countryside. The old village, with its cobbled lanes and inviting restaurants, is around a 20-minute walk away, and many of the area’s other beautiful villages are just a short drive from the door. The Riviera is also within easy reach, with Cannes nearby and Nice Airport around an hour away.

Space, privacy and outdoor living

The property sits on approximately 5,000 m² of lush, beautifully kept grounds, with its own gate and a private access road. There is a large heated swimming pool, several sunny terraces and a covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen – ideal for long summer evenings. A multi-sports court for tennis and basketball adds to the list of ways to enjoy the outdoors.

Our plans for the house

Built in 1979 in authentic Provençal style, the house has plenty of character, including a generous living room with a high, wood-beamed ceiling. Alongside the main house, there is a separate guest house.

The exterior needs very little work, so our focus will be on the interior. Most of the house, including the kitchen and bathrooms, will be renovated to give it the functionality and the look and feel that define a MyHomes home. A separate outbuilding will be converted into a fifth bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and the existing fitness room will be kept as an added bonus.

We look forward to bringing this house to life and to welcoming the owners to their new home in Provence.
