2024 has been an incredible year for MyHomes, marked by the delivery of 15 exceptional homes to our owners. From the Alpine charm of Megève to the sun-drenched coasts of Villefranche and Mallorca, and the picturesque countryside of Italy, we have reached major milestones and created stunning new spaces for unforgettable holidays at some of Europe’s most desirable destinations. Luxurious living in exclusive surroundings

We started 2024 in the prestigious mountain town of Megève, where the first home was handed over to its excited QUANTUS owners.

This spacious chalet apartment, covering 105 m2, offers a large open-plan kitchen and living area, three bedrooms – two with en-suite bathrooms – and an additional bathroom accessible from the hallway. The apartment also features two terraces with breathtaking views of the Alps to the south and east, as well as a private garden that wraps around the property. Mediterranean views from two coasts

Following this, a COMFORT association celebrated the addition of two remarkable view apartments – one in Villefranche and another in Mallorca.

The South of France apartment spans 57 m2 and features an open-plan kitchen and living area, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an additional toilet. From the living room, owners can step out onto the 16 m2 terrace, offering uninterrupted views of the Villefranche Bay, Cap Ferrat, and the natural beauty of Parc du Mont Boron. The Mallorca apartment offers 62 m2 of living space and an impressive 44 m2 south-facing terrace, perfect for soaking up the sun. The home features an open kitchen and living area with sliding glass doors that lead directly to the terrace, revealing breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Authentic Italian countryside charm

Early in the summer, two beautiful country homes in Piedmont were completed just weeks apart.

The larger PREMIUM house spans 230 m2 across two floors. The ground floor features a kitchen, living room, one bedroom, and a bathroom. On the first floor, a cozy lounge opens onto a charming balcony with stunning views of vineyards and rolling hills. The upper level also includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The 190 m2 COMFORT home is equally inviting, offering four bedrooms and two bathrooms spread over two floors. Both houses are newly built with traditional stone facades. Surrounding the homes are outdoor areas with covered terraces, a pool, pétanque courts, a pizza oven, and a barbecue. Watch a video of this hose here.

A busy summer

This summer, we delivered three more homes in Marbella, Villefranche, and Hornbæk—each distinct and unique, just like their surroundings.

In Andalusia, the southernmost region of Spain, we completed a 250 m2 QUANTUS villa equipped with all modern conveniences. The home is spread over three levels, featuring four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It boasts its own pool, a courtyard, and a large rooftop terrace with a lounge area and jacuzzi. Next, we moved to Villefranche, where we handed over another beautiful COMFORT apartment to its delighted new owners. The apartment spans approximately 69 m2, featuring a bright open-plan kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It also has two wonderful terraces totaling 18 m2—one with a view of the azure Mediterranean, and the other facing the lush hillside. Browse the photo book.

Finally, in Hornbæk, the oldest holiday home area in North Zealand, we completed a modern and newly-built summer house by the end of the summer. The home offers around 110 m2, including an open-plan kitchen-living area, a loft, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one of which is an en suite. The sweet island life

With just a month between them, both PREMIUM and COMFORT homeowners were able to enjoy their new holiday homes in Port de Sóller on Mallorca—an idyllic coastal town surrounded by the breathtaking Serra de Tramuntana mountain range.

The 107 m2 PREMIUM apartment exudes luxury and comfort. It features a spacious living room connected to the kitchen, three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a guest toilet. The apartment also includes a partially covered southwest-facing terrace and a private 80 m2 rooftop terrace with a sun deck, pool, and outdoor shower.

Equally charming is the COMFORT apartment, which spans 80 m2 across two levels, offering plenty of space. From the open-plan kitchen-living area on the ground floor, there is access to a south-facing balcony and a delightful private courtyard. The first floor houses two bedrooms and two bathrooms. 3 chalet apartments in the chic Megève

On the same day, the first homeowners from two different COMFORT associations were able to settle into their new homes in the French Alps. Both chalet apartments are just under 60 m2, each with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. They each feature their own alpine charm and are designed in the Modern Mountain Style. See photos of the first apartment and of the second.

In December, the third home in Megève was handed over. The PREMIUM apartment spans two levels, totaling around 95 m2, partially with vaulted ceilings. From the entrance, there’s access to the kitchen and living room, which leads to a southwest-facing balcony offering stunning views and sunshine all day. Italian dream homes

The year ended with the delivery of two stunning properties in Italy—each rich in authentic details, yet with its own unique functionality and style.

One is a city apartment in the heart of Rome’s historic center. The home spans approximately 90 m2 and has been beautifully renovated, preserving the original features of the building, such as exposed stone walls and ceilings. The COMFORT apartment includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and access to a shared rooftop terrace. See the brand new photos here.

The QUANTUS association wrapped up the year by taking possession of their fourth and final home— a wonderful 250 m2 country house in Piedmont. This home, which has undergone an extensive renovation, is our largest project in the region to date. The house features four bedrooms, a multi-purpose room with a sofa bed, three bathrooms, and space for up to 10 guests. From its elevated position, owners can enjoy an uninterrupted panoramic view of the landscape with snow-capped mountain peaks on the horizon.
