Just before the turn of the year, the first owners were able to move into their new home and celebrate New Year in the exclusive mountain village of Megève. The fully renovated chalet apartment is located in the French Alps, and the timing for completion could not have been better.

Phenomenal skiing

Megève is often regarded as one of the most charming ski destinations in the French Alps. The town is known for its picturesque setting, exclusive atmosphere, and exceptional slopes.

The terrain in Megève is part of the expansive Évasion Mont-Blanc ski area, which boasts over 400 kilometers of pistes. The area is famous for its scenic forest routes, wide boulevard slopes, and a modern, efficient lift system. The varied terrain caters to both seasoned skiers and those who prefer a more leisurely day on the slopes.

The ski season began in December and has so far offered excellent snow conditions, with fresh, compact snow at higher altitudes—creating the perfect conditions for skiing.

This chalet apartment is ideally located just a short walk from the centre of Megève and the Jaillet and Chamoix ski lifts.

The apartment is set over two floors, with a total area of approximately 95 m2, some of which features beautiful vaulted ceilings. This PREMIUM home offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The entrance leads into the kitchen, which is open to the living area, featuring two sets of doors opening onto a southwest-facing balcony. The balcony provides stunning views and sunshine throughout the day. From the living room, an open staircase leads to a mezzanine that serves as an additional lounge area, complete with a workspace.

While we have retained some of the apartment’s original charm, such as the beam ceilings, the apartment has undergone a complete renovation, giving it a modern and luxurious feel. The apartment also comes with a private garage in the basement, as well as a storage room and private ski room.
