Piedmont

We are pleased to already present the house in Piedmont, which has been purchased, with the renovation process expected to be completed by the end of 2026.

It is a charming Italian country house with great potential and a fantastic location in Piedmont – right in the heart of wine region and close to the town of Alba. From the house, you have panoramic views as far as the eye can see. It is located just a few kilometres from the small village of Castiglione Tinella, where you can enjoy a coffee at the local bar, pick up essentials at the village shop, or have dinner at the local restaurant.

Inside, the house features many beautiful details that we will preserve and build upon – including the vaulted terracotta roof tiles and the original floor tiles upstairs.
The home will offer plenty of space for family and friends, with 4 bedrooms and 2 – 3 bathrooms.

The grounds will include space for a pool of at least 4×10 metres, as well as a covered portico with a dining area, outdoor kitchen, and pizza oven. We are designing outdoor spaces with both sun and shade, where you can enjoy the stunning landscape in all directions.

We place great emphasis on creating a home that is comfortable and functional year-round – and that requires minimal maintenance for many years to come.

Mallorca

We have also found and purchased the apartment in Mallorca for MH17 COMFORT – just a stone’s throw from the sea in Port D’Andratx, offering truly spectacular panoramic views of the bay and harbour entrance.

Port D’Andratx is one of the most sought-after and exclusive areas on Mallorca, located on the island’s southwest coast. The area is known for its rugged coastline and breathtaking natural scenery. This apartment is situated in the “Nauticlub” residential complex, a peaceful setting directly facing the sea and right by the area’s only sandy beach. It is also within comfortable walking distance of the marina and the bay’s many restaurants, cafés, and shops.

There are three essential criteria we look for when selecting a home in Mallorca: location, view, and outdoor space. This apartment delivers on all three. It offers 96 square metres of living space, including a covered south-facing terrace that is completely private and sheltered from neighbouring views. There is space for both dining and lounge furniture, and from the terrace, you enjoy a 180-degree panoramic view across the bay, the harbour entrance, and the ever-changing Mediterranean light until the sun sets.

The renovation of the apartment is already in progress, with completion expected by the end of summer 2025. The entire apartment is being refurbished with new surfaces, and the layout will be slightly reconfigured to create a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, as well as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Rome

We are looking for an apartment with high ceilings, located in a central neighbourhood in Rome, where you can live like a local while being close to the city’s beautiful squares and landmarks. The apartment will include 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and will accommodate for 6 sleeps. It will be renovated with respect for the original features and furnished to the highest standards.

Villefranche-sur-Mer

On the French Riviera, Côte d’Azur, we are searching for an apartment located in or near Villefranche-sur-Mer. The home should offer a beautiful view, ideally with access to a pool, and be within walking distance of the harbour, local beaches, the town’s charming squares, and its excellent restaurants.

We place great importance on the apartment having a balcony or terrace where you can enjoy views of the azure Mediterranean Sea. The interior will reflect Danish design, complemented by local details. The apartment will be spacious enough to accommodate for 6 sleeps, with 2 bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms.

Megève

Megève is located in a world-famous ski area near Mont Blanc in the French Alps. The town exudes pure mountain charm and is the epitome of exclusivity and luxury. The area is vibrant year-round and offers a wide range of activities such as hiking, golf, kayaking, mountain biking, and relaxation.

We are looking for an apartment with a balcony, located in one of the many charming chalets. Close to either a ski lift or ski bus, allowing you to access the ski terrain quickly and efficiently.

The apartment will be renovated and furnished in “modern mountain style” using reclaimed wood. There will also be bicycles and sleds available for those who want to explore the beautiful natural surroundings.
