MH02 PREMIUM is designed for those who want generous space and often travel with family or friends. In this type of owner association, you become – together with 28 other families – a co-owner of five luxury homes in five top European locations. Each home is situated in an excellent area, offering a wide range of experiences right outside your front door.

Piemonte

You become the owner of a newly built stone house of 220 m2 with several large terraces and an adjoining infinity pool, from which you can enjoy views of the Italian and French Alps.

There is room for 10 guests across two floors, featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The home is therefore an ideal setting for gathering family and friends for relaxation and quality time all year round.

The house is located in the small village of Cassinasco, surrounded by vineyards, in an area protected by UNESCO. As always, our interior design team has managed to bring out the best in the home by combining its authentic style with a touch of Scandinavian design.

Villefranche

This wonderful apartment is 109 m2 and features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. In addition, the apartment has a magnificent 40 m2 southwest-facing corner terrace, where life can be enjoyed almost all year round. From the apartment, you have the most breathtaking panoramic view, which flows onto the terrace and through the large windows.

The apartment has been completely refurbished and furnished with inspiration from the town’s picturesque facades.

The home includes a private, enclosed garage in the basement and a storage room, as well as access to a shared pool.

Megève

In the French Alps, you will become a co-owner of an exclusive chalet apartment with views of snow-capped peaks and surrounded by flowering valleys.

The home measures approximately 115 m2 and features three bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, as well as two cozy terraces from which you can enjoy views of some of Europe’s highest summits. It has undergone a remarkable transformation and has been fully renovated in a rustic style known as Modern Mountain Style, where reclaimed wood is the dominant material, perfectly complementing the exterior surroundings.

The interior is defined by a warm and inviting colour palette, with plenty of woven textiles in local patterns. Finally, the apartment has been fully equipped with everything you could wish for, making it the perfect base for owners’ holidays, both in summer and winter.

Barcelona

If you dream of calling vibrant Barcelona home, this association gives you a key to a beautiful city apartment located in the authentic and lively El Born district. From here, you are close to architectural gems such as the Palau de Música Catalana, the famous Santa Caterina Market, and within walking distance to the beach at Barceloneta.

This 106 m2 corner apartment features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and access to a charming rooftop terrace with views over the streets of Barcelona.

The apartment has been completely refurbished while preserving original details. Our interior design team has since worked their magic with materials and colours that perfectly complement the home’s raw character.

Marbella

The fifth home in this co-ownership is a luxury villa built in 2009. The house has been upgraded and furnished in a modern style to meet MyHomes’ high-quality standards. The villa features its own pool, an elevator, and a beautiful garden, and offers 248 m2 of living space with an additional 170 m2 on the lower floor.

There are four spacious bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, as well as a guest toilet. The lower floor includes a table tennis area, fitness equipment, and a fifth bedroom.

The villa also offers a 114 m2 terrace and stunning views over the local Atalaya Hills golf course, with the Mediterranean as a backdrop.
