Dream Project in Piedmont

Lene Pind, Head of Communication
MyHomes Piedmont

MH19 Premium’s second home is now under contract, and we have therefore begun planning the project, which will become an Italian dream residence with charm and ample space for the whole family to gather.

A classic country house with distinctive architectural character

The property is a large, timeworn stone house that has been unoccupied since the 1980s and is in need of extensive restoration. It will undergo a comprehensive renovation, carried out with respect for its heritage and with a focus on preserving as many authentic details as possible.

Once completed, the house will offer a minimum of 220 m² of living space, comprising four bedrooms and an additional open multi-purpose room on the first floor. A sofa bed for two will be placed here, bringing the total sleeping capacity to ten. The house will include three bathrooms, two of which will be en suite.

The outdoor areas will naturally be prioritised as well, with a swimming pool and generous terraces surrounding the house. The property also features a distinctive architectural element: a large covered outdoor area arranged over two levels — a classic loggia integrated into the structure of the house itself. Here, we will create an inviting space with a dining area, lounge section, outdoor kitchen, barbecue and pizza oven — a natural gathering place throughout the summer months.

Watch the video in which our Head of Development, Rikke Skouboe, visits the property and explains the plans for the unique project.

To illustrate how the house will look once renovated and furnished according to MyHomes’ standards, we have commissioned visualisations of the finished property. Below, you can see these renderings alongside images of the house as it stands today.

In the heart of UNESCO-listed landscapes, among vineyards and hills

The area around Cassinasco is part of Langhe-Monferrato, a UNESCO World Heritage site recognised for its historic vineyards and cultural heritage. Rolling hills and vineyards unfold in gentle layers, villages sit atop the hilltops, and time seems to move a little slower.

It is a place designed to be experienced – not just visited. Long meals on the terrace or at the farmhouse table, unplanned walks, and days where the view sets the pace. A place you return to because it feels right and nourishing for the soul.

Space to be together – and to retreat

The house we have in Piedmont will – like the one in Provence – offer ample space for gathering. The house features five bedrooms and sleeping accommodations for 10 people, large common areas, and generous outdoor spaces where meals, conversations, and quiet moments can all coexist. A private pool and the open landscapes surrounding the house will naturally become part of the experience.

Together with the apartments in Megève, Barcelona, and Mallorca, the two country houses provide opportunities for stays across seasons and types of travel, from short city breaks to summer holidays. It is precisely this combination that makes MH19 PREMIUM an association that can be enjoyed in many ways throughout the year.

Houses in MH19 PREMIUM have an average value of €1,880,000, reflecting a deliberate focus on location, quality, and long-term enjoyment.
