Provence, Piedmont, Mallorca, Megève and Rome

MH18 Premium is designed for those who value generous living spaces and typically travel with the whole family or with friends. Together with 28 other families in the owner association, you co-own five luxury homes in five prime locations across Europe. Each home enjoys an exceptional setting, with a wide range of experiences right on your doorstep.

Provence

The owner association’s first home is beautifully located within walking distance of the charming village of Seillans in the South of France, with stunning views across the Provençal landscape.

Built in 2003, the stone house features high-quality materials and solid craftsmanship throughout. The home has been continuously maintained over the years and has therefore only required a light refresh. It has since been furnished and styled to create a warm, personal atmosphere with authentic southern French charm.

The home offers approximately 229 m² across two levels, including a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, a guest toilet, and four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

The garden is an experience in itself, arranged across several levels with lush greenery and a heated mosaic-tiled swimming pool. There is even a small vineyard on the grounds.

Several lovely terraces surround the house, including a large covered outdoor area with a barbecue and outdoor kitchen.

Piedmont

Set among the UNESCO-protected wine landscapes near Cassinasco, Casa Carla is a unique home surrounded by rolling vineyards and breathtaking views. Its location close to Canelli — one of the area’s most charming towns — makes it easy to enjoy excellent wine, food, shopping and cultural experiences.

The classic Italian country house is newly built using authentic materials and architectural details. The home offers approximately 220 m² and accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, as well as an additional lounge with a sofa bed.

With its private pool, atmospheric portico and thoughtfully designed interiors, it is a place made for enjoying life and creating memorable moments with family and friends.

Mallorca

On the southwest coast of Mallorca lies the small harbour town of Port d’Andratx, where MH18 Premium has acquired its third home — a spacious penthouse apartment with panoramic views across the bay.

The apartment features a functional layout that offers privacy while making the most of the impressive views.

The home includes an open-plan kitchen and living area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.

Owners also enjoy access to both a private terrace and a rooftop terrace, designed as a natural extension of the apartment and adding generous outdoor living space to the approximately 93 m² home.

In addition, the development features a shared swimming pool.

Megève

At the end of June 2026, a beautiful chalet apartment will be ready for the owners in Megève.

The home is located in Rochebrune, one of Megève’s three main areas and the district that best combines a peaceful natural setting with convenient access to the town. From the apartment, it is approximately 1 km to both the town centre and the nearest ski lift.

The apartment measures 84 m² across two levels and will feature three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In total, the home includes 27 m² of balconies with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain landscape.

The home also comes with two private garages, a storage room and a ski locker. As a rare feature in Megève, the development also includes a shared swimming pool.

Rome

The owner association’s fifth and final home has been acquired in Rome and is currently undergoing a complete transformation ahead of completion in August 2026.

The home is located in Prati, a relatively exclusive neighbourhood filled with independent boutiques and restaurants. This is where the Romans live their everyday lives, allowing owners to feel part of the local community. Vatican City is only a few hundred metres to the south, and the Tiber and the rest of Rome’s many attractions are all within easy walking distance. The metro is just around the corner, connecting you effortlessly to the entire city.

The spacious corner apartment of approximately 100 m² is located on the top floor of a classic building and will feature three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen and living area.

The apartment enjoys characteristic ceilings of more than three metres in height and beautiful natural light throughout. During the renovation, original stone walls and curved voltini ceilings have also been uncovered.
