Peaceful setting in an exclusive area

The apartment is quietly tucked into the mountainside, built directly into the rocky slope. From here, the owners enjoy a sweeping panorama while still being surrounded by calm and privacy. Restaurants, cafés, and the seafront promenade are only a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to dip into the lively atmosphere of the town whenever you like.

Inside, the home offers 80 m2 across two levels. The ground floor is a bright, open space with soaring ceilings where the kitchen, dining area, and living room come together—perfect for spending time with family and friends. Large glass doors open onto a south-facing balcony.

Downstairs, you will find a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and access to a narrow “Spanish balcony.” There is also a second, slightly smaller bedroom with its own exit and adjoining bathroom.

Apart from the windows and ceilings, the apartment has been almost fully renovated, transforming it into a modern and functional home. Yet, the renovation has carefully preserved the original Andalusian architectural style so typical of the area. The result is a unique blend of Spanish charm and Scandinavian design.
