Exquisite stone house in the heart of Provence

We have now acquired the second home for MH18 PREMIUM—an elegant stone house full of character, perfectly located in the stunning landscape of Provence. Read below to learn more about the home, its exceptional location, and our plans to update the property to MyHomes’ high standards.

Countryside bliss in the South of France

Nestled among a string of small local villages stretching from east to west, you will find Seillans. The town is renowned for its authentic charm and postcard-perfect surroundings, with vineyards, olive groves, and gentle hills. Here, you will also find restaurants, cafés, and easy access to shopping, making it the perfect blend of tranquility and French countryside idyll. What is more, it’s just about an hour’s drive from Nice Airport, and even closer if you want to head to the coast. The main town of Fayence is only about a 10-minute drive away and offers everything you may need during your stay.

The plot spans approximately 5,000 m2 and is completely private, with its own gate and a small access road leading to a large gravel parking area, complemented by a closed garage. Everywhere you look, there are stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with several small terraces, supported by authentic stone walls. The area is green and lush, needing only a bit of care to truly shine.

Charming and well-maintained stone house

The stone house was built in 2003 by a Danish family, who are now transferring the house to MH18 while also joining the owner association, ensuring they can continue to enjoy the home and the surroundings they know so well.

The house offers 229 m2 spread across two floors and is constructed using high-quality materials throughout, both inside and out. The current owner has taken excellent care of the property, and this is evident. However, it will undergo an update to bring it in line with our vision.

We will make some adjustments to the floor plan on both levels. Additionally, the kitchen and bathrooms will be renovated, and we will introduce colours and interiors that create warmth, atmosphere, and authenticity. The house is equipped with underfloor heating throughout, and we will complement this with the installation of an air conditioning system to ensure comfort year-round.

Once the update is complete, the home will feature four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. There will also be a landing on the first floor, and on the ground floor, a guest toilet, utility room, and a spacious living room that connects seamlessly with an open kitchen. In the living room, we will easily fit a comfortable sofa bed, with room for two additional guests, so the house will accommodate up to 10 people in total.
