Italian Country House Crafted for Joy and Luxury

In the heart of Piedmont’s wine region, owners in one of our associations have just taken possession of a newly built stone house that seamlessly blends modern comfort with local traditions.

With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, the house offers ample space for the entire family. Beautiful outdoor areas featuring a pool, pétanque court, and covered terraces invite relaxation and socializing. The house is designed to inspire joy and a sense of luxury.

An Exceptional Location

From the outset, our development manager, Rikke Skouboe, envisioned and hoped to build a grand stone house for the owners in this Premium association. Securing the right land for this vision was challenging, requiring persistence and a bit of luck. This perfect opportunity arose when a magnificent plot was acquired for the owners.

The property originally hosted a farmhouse ready for demolition, which had little intrinsic value. However, the surrounding vineyards provided an ideal setting for living amidst the serene and beautiful wine country of Piedmont.

The House with Sky-Blue Shutters

When our CEO and founder, Finn Christensen, visited the property early on, he couldn’t help but fall in love with the old blue shutters on the worn-down house. He brought a few of them back to Denmark, where they now adorn our office in Copenhagen.

This story inspired us to choose the same light blue color for the new shutters that now embellish the stone house, serving as a charming nod to the original home. These shutters are one of the unique details we meticulously incorporate into each project.

Space for Togetherness

The house is designed with large openings that create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor areas, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding nature. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are open and connected, allowing the family to be together even while cooking.

The covered terrace is the perfect spot for al fresco dining, while the pool invites refreshing dips on warm summer days. The pétanque court offers fun activities for both children and adults.

Inspiring Interior

Upon entering the house, you are greeted by carefully selected decor that balances elegance and comfort. The design blends Scandinavian style with local elements, creating a homely and inspiring atmosphere. Every detail is crafted to bring joy and well-being to the owners.

With five uniquely charming bedrooms, the owners can host both friends and family without compromising on privacy. The bathrooms are equally distinctive, featuring beautiful tiles in various colors, adding a personal touch to each one.
