11 homes we have delivered in 2023

The past year brought many new MyHomes owners, the beginning of several exciting construction and renovation projects and the delivery of homes that now provide the setting for many wonderful holiday experiences. And it is exactly the handover of homes that we focus on in this article. In 2023, we delivered no less than 11 homes to seven different owners’ associations in eight beautiful top locations in Europe. This year we deliver even more, 15 homes are in process.

Four Homes in Two Months in the South of France

In Villefranche-sur-Mer on the Côte d’Azur in the South of France, we delivered a QUANTUS home and a PREMIUM home at the beginning of the year.

The QUANTUS home is a 115 m² penthouse apartment comprising three bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which is en suite. It features a kitchen with an open connection to the living room, which includes sliding doors with large glass panels leading to the terrace that offers a wonderful view of the azure blue Mediterranean Sea. Owners have access to the shared pool and a private, enclosed garage.

The PREMIUM home is an 89 m² apartment featuring a kitchen with an open connection to the living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. Additionally, the apartment boasts two lovely terraces totaling 18 m² with a panoramic view of the Bay of Villefranche. Owners have access to a shared pool, and the apartment is conveniently located a short distance from the ocean, the old town, and the harbor front with its many restaurants.

During the spring, the delivery of MyHomes properties in Villefranche-sur-Mer continued with the addition of another PREMIUM home and a COMFORT home.

The PREMIUM home boasts a fantastic sea view from its south-facing corner terrace, which measures 30 m². The apartment itself is approximately 90 m² and features an open-plan kitchen and living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. Additionally, owners benefit from a private, enclosed garage in the basement, a storage room, and access to the shared pool. The building is also equipped with a lift.

The COMFORT residence spans 59 beautiful square meters and features an open-plan kitchen connected to the living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. From the living room, owners can step out onto the 18 m² balcony, which offers an unobstructed view of Villefranche Bay and the beach. Additionally, owners enjoy access to a lift, a shared pool, and a parking space.

Besides the homes in Villefranche-sur-Mer, we have also delivered a stunning home in Northern Italy, in the beautiful region of Piedmont. This property is a completely renovated 200 m² country house spread over three levels, including a basement, ground floor, and first floor. The ground floor features a kitchen, living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and access to a charming wine cellar. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a lovely balcony offering scenic views of the surrounding vineyard and countryside. The exterior of the house includes several terraces, a pool, a pizza oven, and a barbecue area. Additionally, the property boasts its own small vineyard.

New Month, New Home

Over the summer, we delivered three more homes located in Hornbæk, Mallorca, and Megève in the French Alps.

In the popular resort town of Hornbæk, we delivered a modern and charming holiday home situated on a scenic plot, part of a COMFORT association. This 110 m² home features an open-plan kitchen and dining area connected to the living room, a loft, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one with an en suite. Additionally, it boasts a spacious terrace of about 100 m², which includes two covered areas and an outdoor shower.

Located on a cliffside in the charming harbor town of Port d’Andratx in Mallorca, we delivered a PREIMIM home spanning 120 m² across two floors, each with a terrace totaling 40 m². The ground floor features an entrance hallway, a guest toilet, a bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living room. This area opens onto one of the terraces through sliding doors with large glass panels. The lower floor houses two more bedrooms, each with access to the second terrace, and an additional bathroom. From both terraces, owners enjoy front-row seats to the water, boasting breathtaking panoramic views of the azure blue sea and the bay’s entrance. The building also offers a large shared pool and a lift.

The last of the three homes is situated in the French Alps, offering a stunning view of the mountains and greenery from its 10 m² balcony. This Comfort home, approximately 60 m² in size, includes two lovely bedrooms, two bathrooms, and features a cozy open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room. Additional amenities include a storage room and a parking space in the garage adjacent to the building. Owners also have access to a pool and a tennis court.

The newest deliveries in 2023

We ended the year by delivering three homes in Rome, Barcelona, and Marbella. In the heart of Rome, more specifically in the charming Trastevere neighborhood known for its narrow cobbled streets and cozy squares, we created an atmospheric home this autumn. The home is an 88 m² apartment featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a spacious kitchen. Additionally, the apartment includes a small balcony facing the courtyard, adding a unique touch to the space.

In the vibrant and historic Gothic Quarter of Barcelona, we welcomed owners into their new PREMIUM home last autumn, rich with authentic details. The home spans 120 m² and includes a spacious entrance hall, three lovely bedrooms, two large bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen that flows into the living and dining room, leading out to a traditional Spanish balcony.

Finally, we handed over the keys to the 11th and last home of the year, located in the sunny south of Spain. Situated in an exclusive neighborhood known for its quiet streets and proximity to shops, restaurants, and the beach, this MyHomes property is a COMFORT home spanning 110 m². It features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The open-plan kitchen and living room lead out through a large sliding door to a spacious south-facing terrace, offering beautiful views of the surrounding area and the sea. The home’s terraces total 55 m². Owners also enjoy access to a private parking space, a lift, and a pool.
