New Year’s Greetings from MyHomes 2026

Looking back on 2025, the year stands out as a clear turning point for MyHomes. It was a year of significant development – not only in terms of numbers and activities but also in how we organise ourselves and work daily to create value for our owners.

Growth with responsibility

Over the year, we welcomed more than 100 new owners and reached a total of 75 homes under our management on behalf of our owners. This makes 2025 one of the most successful years in the company’s history, a clear indication that interest in our approach to shared home ownership continues to grow. With this growth comes responsibility, which we embrace with great care. It is in our DNA to focus on quality, attention, and the dedication that has defined MyHomes since I founded the company in 2016.

Investing in people and organisation

2025 has also been a year of investing in our organisation and the people behind MyHomes. We moved from our lovely offices on Bredgade to larger new premises just around the corner on Dronningens Tværgade, creating space for more colleagues.

Over the past year, our team has been strengthened with a number of new faces: Paola, Pernille, Thomas, Mathilde, Victoria, Sara, Marcus, Sonia, Alisha, and Naomi. Each brings additional expertise, curiosity, and new perspectives. At the same time, our new colleagues have added an even stronger international dimension to MyHomes. With backgrounds from England, Germany, Italy, and Estonia, we now have a team that embraces both local and international perspectives – a diversity that enriches our collaboration and broadens our outlook.

An approach that draws interest

The growth and interest we are seeing also reflect broader global trends. More people are seeking smart ownership models where responsibility is shared, quality is prioritised, and community is a natural part of the framework – without compromising freedom or privacy. This approach is generating increasing interest, not only domestically but internationally as well. At MyHomes, we see this through inquiries from around the world and coverage in international media curious about our approach to holiday homes, convenience, and variety.

Efficiency with owners at the centre

To support this development, we have invested further in optimising our internal processes and systems over the past year. In particular, we continue to focus on our unique booking system and the tools our owners use in practice – a focus that will continue into 2026. The goal is simple: to make ownership easier and to ensure a holistic experience as carefully considered as the homes themselves.

Trust is measured in experiences

Our satisfaction surveys among the nearly 600 owners who have invested in MyHomes remain consistently high. Nine out of ten would recommend MyHomes to others, and satisfaction with the homes and stays remains at 4.7 out of 5. These figures are based on thousands of stays and equally many ratings, and they are something we are genuinely proud of. They show that the effort we put into quality, maintenance, and service is both experienced and valued by those who matter most: our owners.

Growing thoughtfully

We constantly remind ourselves that trust is never to be taken for granted. Our ambition is therefore not necessarily to grow the fastest or the largest. For us, development is about growing thoughtfully and maintaining a high standard, even as complexity increases. This requires time, dedication, and skilled people – which is why 2025 forms such an important foundation for what lies ahead.

Looking ahead to 2026

We enter 2026 with a strong organisation, clear values, and a shared ambition to continue delivering the best product and experience for our owners. 2026 will also be a special year as we celebrate our 10th anniversary – a milestone I personally look forward to marking.

It is with pride and gratitude that I reflect on the development we have undergone and what we have created together. I am incredibly excited for what lies ahead in 2026.
