Our homes delivered in 2025 across six locations

We put great care into sourcing, renovating and furnishing just the right homes for our owners, which is why it is always a special day when a project is completed and we can welcome the owners into their new home. In this post, we have gathered all the homes we delivered in 2025 across six prime locations in Southern Europe.

Three stone houses in Piedmont

At the beginning of the year, the fifth and final home in MH10 COMFORT was completed in the northern Italian village of Cavatore. The approximately 200 m² home has undergone a comprehensive renovation and now offers everything one could wish for in a country house in Northern Italy. It features four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room and living room. The house also offers wonderful outdoor areas, including a private pool and a pétanque court.

Approximately 20 km north of Cavatore, we delivered a PREMIUM country house near the small town of Castel Boliglione – right in the heart of wine country, with several wineries close by. The house is newly built and has therefore followed a very different process, yet still offers many beautiful and authentic details such as vaulted brick ceilings and solid wooden beam constructions. The stone house spans approximately 200 m² and accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The third home is located within walking distance of the charming town of Cessole in Piedmont. The home enjoys an exceptional position at the top of a hill, offering panoramic views of the town and the surrounding vineyards. The approximately 150-year-old house has been transformed into an Italian dream home of 220 m², featuring four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living room and a large kitchen. Like the two previous homes, it offers an outdoor kitchen, pizza oven, pool and pétanque court.

Premium homes in prime locations

In spring, the owners of MH14 PREMIUM received the keys to a newly built villa of approximately 300 m², located frontline to the golf course. The house features a private pool, private garden and terraces across two levels. Every square metre has been thoughtfully designed with comfort, views and outdoor living in mind. The home offers five bedrooms, four of which have en suite bathrooms, a guest toilet, an open-plan living area connected to the kitchen, and a large multi-purpose room with space for activities for the whole family.

Four months later, the owner association acquired yet another exceptional home – this time in the French Alps. The chalet-style apartment measures approximately 87 m² and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest toilet. In addition, it features an open-plan kitchen and living area with access to a balcony, from which the peak of Mont Blanc can be spotted on a clear day. Quite exceptionally, the residence also offers shared wellness facilities including a fitness area and spa.
