See the MyHomes-homes delivered in 2022

Amongst vineyards and beautiful medieval villages lies a beautiful country house that we have transformed and handed over to one of our Comfort associations in early 2022, after the house has undergone a complete renovation. Interior walls have been demolished to create a greater sense of space, and the house has the most beautiful tiled floor on both the ground and first floor, consisting of centuries-old terracotta tiles. The entire house has underfloor heating, which is supplied by an air-to-water heat pump that provides environmentally friendly heating, something that is unique to the area.

In Piedmont, it is possible to spend large parts of the year outdoors, which is why the outdoor area is an essential part of the living area. There are six exits from the living room to the large terrace and pool area, which includes an outdoor kitchen, pizza oven, barbecue, outdoor shower, etc. Around the large dining table there is room for the whole family to enjoy the view of the pool and the beautiful, hilly landscape with vines as far as the eye can see.

The first MyHomes home in Rome was delivered in early 2022 and is already being frequently visited by the owners of one of our Comfort associations, who enjoy the cosy setting and central location in the North-eastern part of Centro Storico.

After a complete renovation, the 130 m2 home has been given an edge and charm. Among other things, we exposed the beautiful brick walls and exposed the old curved ceilings. This has resulted in a ceiling height of 3.5 metres, which is fantastic for the feeling of space. Uniquely for Rome, the apartment has its own balcony and the property has a shared roof terrace with views as far as the eye can see.

On the magical Mediterranean island of Mallorca, we have delivered the first two Comfort homes in 2022 – both with plenty of authenticity, but in different styles.

Mallorca is known and loved for its fantastic climate, so we’ve delivered two homes with plenty of opportunities to soak up every ray of sunshine. One of the homes has a 70 m2 terrace with the most beautiful views of the bay. Inside, majorcan style characterises the modern home, allowing the owners to feel like they’re in mallorca. Colours, patterns and textiles add a unique touch to the Mediterranean home, which contains everything you would find in your own home. The home is part of a modern property complex with a garage and pool.

The second Mallorca home is a charming apartment of 119 m2 consisting of three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en suite, as well as a kitchen open to the living room with access to the terrace and stunning views of the bay and the shared pool belonging to the owners’ association. The apartment has undergone a minor renovation, thus retaining its authentic style with characteristic terracotta floors, plastered white walls, built-in shelves, round shapes and rustic wooden beams on the ceiling.

Vibrant Barcelona also got new residents when we delivered two homes to a comfort and a Premium association in 2022. Both apartments are centrally located in the old town in the heart of Barcelona – our favourite area – characterised by its beautiful burnt-coloured buildings, shops for every taste and cosy little restaurants and cafes serving local delicacies. When we find and develop homes in barcelona, we do so with an eye for the authentic details that characterise the city’s old buildings. That’s why you’ll find exposed beams in the ceilings and picturesque tiled floors in both homes, though with very different expressions.

The 85 m2 Comfort apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room connected to the kitchen and a terrace overlooking the colourful neighbourhood. The larger Premium apartment is a corner apartment with multiple exits to the balcony. The 120 m2 apartment is divided into 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living room connected to the kitchen.

The exclusive mountain town of Megève has it all: breathtaking scenery, several Michelin-starred restaurants and all kinds of activities in summer and winter. So it was happy owners who received the keys to this modern chalet apartment perfectly located in the exclusive area of Mont d’Arbois. The property is both a neighbour to an 18-hole golf course and has ski in/ski out, which is a rare feature in Megève. The lifts are in operation summer and winter, providing easy access to hiking in the scenic mountains, where plenty of routes have been created.

Nature is invited inside the home, which is covered in raw materials such as reclaimed wood, wicker and metal. The style is known locally as Modern Mountain Style. Of course, we have spiced up the look of the home with the modern Nordic style and our classic MyHomes touch, which ensures that the owners feel at home from the first second.

You can’t say Marbella without saying luxury. The southern Spanish region is known and loved for its fantastic climate, magnificent nature and historic towns, which attract holiday makers all year round for many reasons. In the midst of all this wonderfulness, a Premium association has been given a fantastic property. A 250 m2 luxury villa with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a large terrace with a private pool that becomes part of the home when the large glass windows in the living room are pushed aside.

The modern villa is newly built in 2020 and has undergone a minor renovation with an eye for functionality and homely details. Premium’s oasis is surrounded by golf courses, such as El paraíso Golf and Alhaurin Golf, which invite owners to play world-class golf.
