This marks the point where construction can begin on an exclusive country house in Piedmont— a project that has been carefully planned for this owner association for quite some time. Welcome to Casa Carla

Located in the UNESCO-protected wine region near Cassinasco, Casa Carla is a unique project surrounded by rolling vineyards, offering breathtaking views. Its proximity to Canelli, one of the area’s most charming towns, means it is easy to access fine wine, delicious food, and all the shopping and cultural experiences one could wish for. Alongside the house and its remarkable views, the photos capture the charming town and the surrounding countryside.

Construction is already well underway, providing us with a solid starting point. Materials and finishes are being carefully chosen to ensure the house meets our high standards for both quality and aesthetics. A major advantage of this project is that we expected it to be completed by late summer 2025. This means the wait to move into the new home will be much shorter compared to other new developments. Soon, owners will be able to begin creating memories in this exceptional home, right in the heart of Piedmont’s wine country.

Luxurious country house in classic style

When Casa Carla is completed, it will be a classic Italian country house capable of hosting up to 10 overnight guests. With a private pool, a charming portico, and a thoughtfully designed interior, it will be a place where you can enjoy life and create special moments with family and friends.

In general, we prioritize staying true to the original style and building in a way that reflects the character of the region. At the same time, owners will enjoy all the benefits of a new home—functional and comfortable for year-round living, with minimal maintenance required for many years to come.

The property will feature excellent outdoor spaces, including a pool and a covered terrace.

Magnificent stone house in Provence

Nestled in an idyllic location with stunning views and within walking distance to the charming village of Seillans, which offers shopping and dining options, lies a large, beautiful stone house we have selected as the next home for PREMIUM.

The house was built in 2003, and throughout, high-quality, durable materials and solutions have been used, with ongoing maintenance ensuring it only requires a minor update to meet the expression and quality we aim to deliver. In addition, it will be furnished and styled to give the house a personal touch and authentic southern French charm.

The house spans approximately 229 m2 over two floors, with a spacious kitchen open to the living room, a guest toilet, and four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

The garden is a real experience in itself, designed across multiple levels with plenty of greenery and featuring a heated pool covered with mosaic tiles. There is also a small vineyard on the property. Several beautiful terraces are available, including a large covered area with a barbecue and outdoor kitchen.

You can become a co-owner of these two fantastic homes and look forward to moving in as early as 2025. In addition, you’ll have homes in Rome, Megève, and Mallorca.
