Piemonte

MyHomes welcomes you to this beautiful country house located near Acqui Terme in Piemonte, northern Italy – an area known for its sweeping views and stunning landscapes.

The nearest village is Cavatore, a charming medieval town just 1.5 km from the house – an easy walk or bike ride away (bicycles are included with the home). On the way to Cavatore, you’ll find the well-known restaurant Da Fausto, famous for its excellent Italian cuisine.

The country house measures around 215 m² and has undergone a complete renovation and transformation into a modern, high-end home with authentic details and all the luxury and comfort you could wish for. It accommodates up to 10 guests across two floors, featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with a lovely kitchen, dining room, and two living rooms.

If you’ve ever dreamed of calling glamorous Marbella home, this owner association also gives you your own key to a luxury villa in Benahavís on the Costa del Sol. The area is known for its relaxed, carefree atmosphere, where you can enjoy life and nature, play golf on fantastic courses, or retreat to your own private oasis with a pool and plenty of space for family and friends.

The villa spans approximately 250 m² across three floors, connected by an elevator that takes you from the lower level to the rooftop terrace. On the lower level, you’ll find your private pool, an activity room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchenette.
