Piedmont

MyHomes welcomes you inside this beautifully renovated country house, located in a UNESCO-protected area in the stunning Piemonte region of northern Italy.

The home enjoys a superb location with panoramic views over the town of Canelli, with the Swiss and French Alps visible on a clear day. Canelli is one of the area’s most renowned and attractive towns, offering excellent wine and cuisine, as well as all the amenities and cultural experiences you could wish for.

The 200 m² house is spread over three levels: basement, ground floor, and first floor. The ground floor features a kitchen, living room, one bedroom, one bathroom, and access to the cosy wine cellar. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a charming balcony overlooking the vineyards and countryside.

Outside, multiple terraces, a pool, a pizza oven, and a barbecue provide plenty of space for relaxation and gatherings. The property also includes its own small vineyard.

As part of this owner association, you also become a co-owner of a stunning apartment in Barcelona, tucked away on a quiet street in the city’s vibrant and historic Gothic Quarter. The surrounding area is full of life throughout the day, with countless small green squares, restaurants, and cafés. At the same time, the harbour and Barceloneta beach are just a few hundred meters away.

The 85 m² apartment features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen. Connected to the living room are two charming French balconies, perfect for soaking up the atmosphere of the street below.

Megève

The final home in the collection is this charming apartment, located in a characteristic chalet in Megève in the French Alps, with views of snow-covered mountain peaks and direct access to the slopes.

The apartment measures approximately 51 m² and features two bedrooms – one with an en suite bathroom – an additional bathroom, and a cosy terrace from which you can enjoy views of some of Europe’s highest peaks. It is designed in true Modern Mountain style, with reclaimed wood as the primary material, beautifully connecting the interior with the surrounding nature.

This stunning apartment is located in Villefranche-sur-Mer, a charming harbour town set in a picturesque bay on the Mediterranean, between Nice and Monaco. The home is within walking distance of the harbour and the old town, and right next to Parc du Mont Boron, a beautiful natural area with walking trails, waterfalls, and breathtaking views along the coastline.

This charming apartment is located in the cosy and exclusive harbour town of Port d’Andratx on Mallorca.
