Piemonte

You’ll become the owner of a newly built stone house in authentic style, situated on a beautiful elevated plot with panoramic views over the surrounding vineyards, close to the town of Castel Boglione.

The house is built in traditional Piemonte style, featuring Langhe stone, vaulted terracotta ceilings, and solid beam constructions around windows and doors.

MyHomes welcomes you to this lovely apartment in Villefranche-sur-Mer, a charming harbor town on the French Riviera, situated between Nice and Monaco.

This beautiful chalet apartment is located in the Jaillet area, very close to the centre of Megève. Whether you want to access the slopes from the Jaillet lift or the Chamoix lift in town, both are just a short walk from the apartment. Everywhere you look, there are stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

The apartment covers 95 m² over two floors, partly with vaulted ceilings. It comprises an entrance, a bedroom area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

From the entrance, you can access the kitchen, which is open to the living area, with two exits leading to a sunny balcony offering spectacular views and sun throughout the day. Mallorca

If you’ve ever dreamed of calling beautiful and versatile Mallorca home, this owner association also gives you your own key to a spectacular apartment perched on a cliffside in the charming harbor town of Port d’Andratx.

The apartment is located on the northern side of the bay in a peaceful setting. Nearby, you’ll find the small Cala Fonell beach, a marina, and a variety of restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance.

The apartment measures approximately 120 m² across two floors, with a terrace on each level totaling 40 m². The ground floor includes an entrance, a guest toilet, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area with sliding glass doors leading to one of the terraces. The lower level features two additional bedrooms with access to the second terrace and another bathroom.

From both terraces, you enjoy front-row views of the bay and breathtaking panoramas of the azure sea, including the bay’s entrance.
