Marbella

Everywhere you look, you will be reminded of what the area is all about: wine. From the house, you can watch the work in the vineyards as the plants are cultivated, and during harvest season, you will witness the unique atmosphere created when the grapes are handpicked and transported on small tractors along the winding roads.

We are constructing a two-story house of approximately 220 m², built of brick with plastered facades and adorned with beautiful shutters. Inside, the house will feature vaulted terracotta tile ceilings combined with wooden ceilings.

There will be excellent outdoor areas with a pool, a covered terrace, and, of course, a traditional pizza oven.
