The home boasts breathtaking panoramic views over the azure bay and the exclusive Cap Ferrat peninsula. As soon as you enter the apartment, the beautiful vista reveals itself through large sliding doors leading to a southeast-facing terrace of approximately 17 m² – perfect for sunny breakfasts and relaxing afternoons in the shade.

The apartment covers about 104 m² and features a well-designed layout that provides privacy for both owners and their guests. Furthermore, there is a good ceiling height, and the home includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, and a spacious living room filled with natural light.

Megève

This charming chalet apartment is located in the Rochebrune area of Megève, which perfectly combines the feeling of being in nature with reasonable proximity to the town.

Piemonte

The final home in the association will be a country house in a UNESCO-protected area of Piemonte, just a few kilometers north of the wine town of Canelli and a short drive from the region’s main town, Nizza Monferrato. Here, we are currently building a beautiful new house in authentic style.

Everywhere you look, you will be reminded of what the area is all about: wine. From the house, you can watch the work in the vineyards as the plants are cultivated, and during harvest season, you will witness the unique atmosphere created when the grapes are handpicked and transported on small tractors along the winding roads.

We are constructing a two-story house of approximately 220 m², built of brick with plastered facades and adorned with beautiful shutters. Inside, the house will feature vaulted terracotta tile ceilings combined with wooden ceilings.

There will be excellent outdoor areas with a pool, a covered terrace, and, of course, a traditional pizza oven.
