We are well underway with Phase 4 of MH19 PREMIUM. The owner association’s first home – a beautiful villa with exceptional views across the stunning landscape of Fayence – is currently undergoing renovation and will be ready for move-in this summer.

In addition, an exciting dream project in Piemonte is taking shape. In the video above, our Head of Development, Rikke Skouboe, shares more about the project, which will become the association’s second home. Our latest find is an elegant apartment in Barcelona, which we are currently in the process of acquiring as the association’s third home.

This association also includes two apartments in prime locations in Megève in the French Alps and on Mallorca. Read more about the homes below.

Barcelona – home found

We have found a true gem in Barcelona, which we are currently in the process of securing for the owner association. This apartment offers everything and more. It features no fewer than eight traditional Spanish balconies overlooking three charming streets in El Born. The building dates back to the 19th century and retains a number of beautiful original features. With its high ceilings, vaulted details, wooden beams, and exposed stone walls, the apartment has all the qualities needed to become a truly exceptional home.

The apartment will include three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with sleeping capacity for up to eight people.

Piedmont – dream project in process

We have identified an exciting project in Cassinasco, set in a breathtaking location. The property is a large, worn house that we will lovingly restore and transform into a luxurious Northern Italian home, respecting the building’s original character. We will preserve what is worth preserving while adding modern facilities, comfort, and MyHomes’ signature interior design.

As the home will undergo a complete renovation, we have created visualisations showing its style and character once finished, complemented by images from some of our other homes in Piedmont.

The house will feature five bedrooms with sleeping capacity for up to ten people, spacious shared living areas, and generous outdoor spaces where meals, conversations, and moments of calm can naturally unfold.

Provence – under renovation

The property in Provence is well advanced in its renovation and will be ready for occupancy in summer 2026. The villa is located in Fayence, in the heart of Provence, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and just a short walk from the town’s charming centre with cafés, markets, and an authentic Provençal atmosphere.

Mallorca

Spain’s largest and most beautiful island offers something for everyone – whether you are into city life and shopping, beach and sun, or an active holiday lifestyle. On the western part of the island, starting from Port de Sóller and southward down to Port d’Andratx, we are looking for a beautifully located apartment or townhouse with a balcony or terrace in the coastal area, just minutes from the beach or with access to a pool.

Megève

Megève is located in a world-famous ski area near Mont Blanc in the French Alps. The town exudes pure mountain charm and is the epitome of exclusivity and luxury. The area is vibrant year-round and offers a wide range of activities such as hiking, golf, kayaking, mountain biking, and relaxation. We are looking for an apartment with a balcony, located in one of the many charming chalets. Close to either a ski lift or ski bus, allowing you to access the ski terrain quickly and efficiently.

The apartment will be renovated and furnished in “modern mountain style” using reclaimed wood. There will also be bicycles and sleds available for those who want to explore the beautiful natural surroundings.
