With MH22 PREMIUM+, we are introducing a new PREMIUM owner association with several firsts that reflect the demand and the wishes we encounter among owners and those considering joining. It is our first PREMIUM without an actual ski resort, and at the same time our first PREMIUM+ where the dog, too, can become part of the holiday life. Instead, you get two authentic houses with private pools in Piedmont and Provence, complemented by lovely apartments on Mallorca, in Marbella and in wonderful Rome.

The owner association is established in five phases, so the first homes can be put to use while the next ones are found, renovated and furnished. The model gives the best possible conditions for putting together an owner association of uncompromisingly chosen homes, where location, quality and interior design go hand in hand. With Scandinavian design as the shared starting point and respect for the architecture and atmosphere of each location, every home takes on its own character and the thorough quality that defines a MyHomes home.

Piedmont

In the northern Italian region of Piedmont, we are looking for a classic country house in the area between Alba and Acqui Terme. It is an area made up of a good many municipalities, each with its own distinct feel and building tradition. What they all share is that you are in the middle of the characteristic rolling terrain, with vines as far as the eye can see, and much of the area is protected by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.

You will become a co-owner of a house near a smaller town, with a local community and a short drive to a supermarket. There will be sleeping room for 10 people, a private pool and lovely outdoor areas overlooking the breathtaking landscape. Every detail will be thought into the design, outside as well as in.

Provence

In the south of France, we are searching for the perfect spot in Provence to create a French dream home, either by renovating an existing house or by building anew in an authentic style.

We are aiming for no more than an hour’s drive from the airport in Nice, and we are particularly enthusiastic about the stretch from Saint-Paul-de-Vence through Valbonne to lovely Fayence further west.

The house will have a private pool with a beautiful view over the landscape and 10 sleeping places for family and friends. We are aiming for a house near a small town with a charming local community and a cosy café, as well as a short drive to a supermarket.

Expect a wonderful country house, beautifully furnished with Scandinavian design and seasoned with authentic Provençal details.

Rome

Italy’s capital hardly needs much of an introduction. Known and loved for millennia, it is one of Europe’s great cultural and gastronomic gems. Many who know the legendary city may have their favourite neighbourhoods, but everyone knows that wherever you live, you step out of your front door into some of the most beautiful and picturesque surroundings in the world.

We are looking for an apartment with high ceilings in a centrally located neighbourhood in Rome, where you can be a local among the locals while staying close to the beautiful squares and sights.

The apartment will offer 8 sleeping places, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It will be renovated with respect for the original details and furnished to the highest standards.

Mallorca

Spain’s most beautiful and largest island offers something for every taste. Whether you are drawn to city life with shopping and cultural offerings, relaxed days on sunlit beaches, or active adventures in the magnificent natural surroundings, Mallorca has something special to offer.

You will find that the surroundings vary from the city feel and long sandy beaches in the north and south, to small charming harbour towns and rocky coves with crystal-clear water on the island’s west coast.

On the south-western part of the island, for instance in Port de Sóller or Port d’Andratx, we are aiming for an apartment with a terrace on the part of the island that lies close to the coast, just minutes from the beach or with access to a pool. There will be room for 8 to sleep in the home.

Marbella

Marbella lies in the south of Spain, in the heart of Andalusia, and is known for its pleasant, sunny climate all year round. Marbella is a true mecca for golf enthusiasts, with more than 15 renowned golf courses in the town and plenty of good courses nearby. At the same time, the area offers a wealth of cultural experiences.

We are looking for a home in the attractive area known as “the Golden Triangle”, which covers the stretch between Marbella, Benahavís and Estepona.

The apartment can lie either by the coast or a little inland, with a short drive to the sea, the beach and town. There are advantages to both. By the coast, you have it all right outside your door. A little back from the coast, you may be lucky enough to get a lovely view. The apartment will have room for 8 to sleep.
