In Piedmont, we are in search of a property, typically in need of renovation, or a plot of land where we can build a house, situated between Alba and Acqui Terme. The house will feature its own pool and scenic views of beautiful countryside from a charming garden and spacious terraces. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there will be ample sleeping space for 10 people and any accompanying friends, whether they’re joining for cycling adventures or simply to explore the diverse array of vineyards and quaint villages in the area. Megève

In Megève, we are seeking an apartment with sleeping accommodations for eight, located in one of the many charming chalets subdivided into apartments. The apartment will feature 3-4 bedrooms and a minimum of 2 bathrooms, and you will be able to enjoy afternoon coffee from your own balcony or terrace. We aim for it to be within walking distance to the town and close to a well-functioning ski lift system, allowing you to move around quickly and efficiently. Inside the apartment, you will find all modern necessities of the highest quality such as mountain bikes, boot warmers, and storage space for the ski equipment you bring or rent.

Mallorca

In Mallorca, we are searching for a property in an attractive area on the western and southwestern part of the island that is lively all year round. It will either be a coastal apartment with a view or a similar townhouse with access to the sea or a pool. Both the apartment and the townhouse will be spacious enough for eight occupants, distributed among 3-4 bedrooms with a minimum of 2 bathrooms. The property will naturally have a balcony or terrace from which meals can be enjoyed and a lounge area for pure relaxation.
