We are proud to introduce MH20 COMFORT – our 20th co-ownership, marking an important milestone for MyHomes. This new COMFORT association offers a unique selection of top European destinations: Marbella, Mallorca, Piedmont, Rome, and Villefranche.

Piedmont

Nestled between Alba and Acqui Terme, we are searching for a traditional country home in the region’s stunning natural surroundings. This area is dotted with charming villages and small towns, each with its own character and architectural style – from classic brick houses to homes built from the local Langhe stone.

Our goal is to find a home close to an authentic Italian town with a lively atmosphere, cozy cafés, and shopping within a short drive. The house will have room for the whole family, a private pool, and beautiful outdoor spaces overlooking the rolling vineyards. Inside and out, the design will be thoughtful and inviting, with every detail carefully considered – from bicycles to plush towels and bathrobes by the pool.

Marbella

We are searching for an apartment in the highly sought-after area known as “The Golden Triangle,” which stretches between Marbella, Benahavís, and Estepona. The apartment could be located either by the coast or slightly inland, within a short drive of the sea, beaches, and town. Both locations have their advantages: on the coast, everything is right on your doorstep, while being set back from the shoreline often offers the bonus of beautiful views.

The apartment will have access to a shared pool.

Mallorca

While many associate Mallorca with the classic summer holiday, the island is just as appealing outside the peak season. Cycling, golf, and hiking attract visitors during spring and autumn, when the weather is mild and ideal for outdoor activities. Mallorca’s compact size makes it easy to explore, and from the capital Palma, you can reach almost any town on the island within an hour.

Still, you’ll find great variety in the surroundings – from an urban vibe and long sandy beaches in the north and south to charming small harbors and rocky coves with crystal-clear water along the eastern and western coasts. We are looking for an apartment with a terrace or balcony, located near the coast, just minutes from the beach or with access to a pool.

Villefranche

We are looking for an apartment in the beautiful bay of Villefranche-sur-Mer. The most important feature is a stunning view combined with an attractive location in a charming area with lively squares, cozy cafés, and great restaurants.

A terrace or balcony with views of the azure Mediterranean Sea is a top priority.

The interior will reflect Scandinavian design with a touch of local, South French details that add warmth and character.

Rome

Italy’s capital hardly needs an introduction. For centuries, Rome has been loved and admired, offering endless experiences and landmarks that you will never tire of. With so many treasures to explore, every visit to your Roman MyHomes home will reveal something new.

Those familiar with this legendary city often have their favorite neighborhoods, but one thing is certain: no matter where you stay, the moment you step outside your door, you find yourself surrounded by some of the most beautiful and historic streets in the world.

We are searching for an apartment with high ceilings in a central Roman neighborhood – a place where you can live like a local while staying close to the city’s stunning piazzas and famous sights. The apartment will be renovated with great respect for its original details.
