MH20 COMFORT has now entered Phase 5, and the first three homes have been secured – a penthouse apartment on Mallorca, an apartment located right on the beautiful Villefranche-sur-Mer bay, and now also a wonderful plot in Piedmont. In addition, you will become a co-owner of homes in Rome and Villefranche. Read more about the homes below.

Piedmont – a perfectly located plot secured

We have just selected a plot for the association, ideally located at an altitude of 450 metres near the charming towns of Cavatore and Acqui Terme. Here, we will build a beautiful two-storey stone house with a covered terrace and breathtaking panoramic views across the surrounding landscape.

The home will be built with inspiration from the many authentic elements that characterise Piedmont. This includes façades in Langhe stone and a roof of beautiful terracotta tiles with a distinctive aged look. Inside, the house will feature vaulted voltini ceilings and a stone staircase leading to the first floor.

The 30,000 m² plot is primarily natural terrain, and a significant amount of vegetation will be cleared to fully open up the spectacular views.

The house will measure approximately 180 m², offering sleeping accommodation for up to 10 guests and generous outdoor areas, including a pool, covered terrace, and pizza oven.

Mallorca – home in progress

We have acquired this beautiful penthouse apartment and are now in the process of planning the project. The home is located in an authentic building nestled into the cliffside, with steps leading directly down to the bay, the beach, and the lively promenade lined with restaurants and cafés. The elevated position ensures breathtaking views across the entire bay and the harbour entrance.

The apartment will be renovated to MyHomes’ standards, yet already offers excellent potential and facilities – including access to a shared pool, a terrace with morning sun, and a large, private and sunny rooftop terrace.

Villefranche – home in progress

The association’s third home has also been acquired and is already undergoing renovation. The apartment offers both wonderful views and an attractive location close to the beach and the old town, with its charming squares and excellent restaurants.

The apartment features two balconies totalling approximately 17 m², along with truly exceptional panoramic views across the bay – a view that greets you the moment you step into the entrance hall.

The residence also offers a shared pool.

Marbella

We are searching for an apartment in the highly sought-after area known as “The Golden Triangle,” which stretches between Marbella, Benahavís, and Estepona. The apartment could be located either by the coast or slightly inland, within a short drive of the sea, beaches, and town. Both locations have their advantages: on the coast, everything is right on your doorstep, while being set back from the shoreline often offers the bonus of beautiful views.

The apartment will have access to a shared pool.

Rome

In Italy’s beloved capital, we are searching for an apartment with high ceilings in a centrally located neighbourhood, where you can live like a local while still being close to the city’s beautiful squares and landmarks. The apartment will be renovated with respect for its original details.
