We are excited to present our new MH21 Comfort, consisting of five properties located in some of Europe’s most attractive locations. The combination of locations has proven to be a favourite among many, as the most recent Comfort offering with the same locations became our fastest-selling. Piedmont

In the northern Italian region of Piedmont, we are looking for a classic country house in the area between Alba and Acqui Terme. This area comprises a number of municipalities, each with its own distinctive character and building tradition. What they all have in common is that you are surrounded by the characteristic rolling hills covered with vineyards as far as the eye can see, and a large part of the area is protected by UNESCO as a World Heritage site.

You will become co-owner of a house near a small town with a local community and within a short driving distance of a supermarket.

There will be sleeping accommodation for at least 8 people, a private pool and lovely outdoor areas with views of the breathtaking landscape. Every detail will have been carefully considered in the design, both indoors and out.

Mallorca

Spain’s most beautiful and largest island offers something for everyone, whether you prefer city life and shopping, beach and sunshine, or an active holiday lifestyle. On the western part of the island, from Port de Sóller and south towards Port d’Andratx, we are looking for a beautifully located apartment or townhouse with a balcony or terrace in a coastal area, just minutes from the beach or with access to a pool.

The property will have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and there will be sleeping accommodation for at least 8 people.

Rome

We are looking for an apartment with high ceilings in a centrally located neighbourhood in Rome, where you can live like a local while still being close to the city’s beautiful squares and sights. It will be renovated with respect for the original details and furnished to the highest standards.

The apartment will offer accommodation for 6 people, with 2 bedrooms and preferably 2 bathrooms.

Villefranche-sur-Mer

On the French Riviera, Côte d’Azur, we are looking for an apartment located in or close to Villefranche. The property will offer wonderful views, preferably with access to a pool, and is potentially situated close to the harbour, local beaches, and a town with charming squares and excellent restaurants.

We place great emphasis on the apartment having a balcony or terrace from which you can enjoy views of the azure Mediterranean Sea. The interior will be designed in a Danish style with touches of local character.

Megève

Megève is situated in a world-famous ski resort near Mont Blanc in the French Alps. The town exudes pure alpine charm and is the epitome of exclusivity and luxury. The area is vibrant year-round and offers a wide range of activities, such as hiking, golf, kayaking, mountain biking, and relaxation.

We are looking for an apartment with a balcony, located in one of the many charming chalets. It should be close to either a ski lift or a ski bus, allowing you to get around the ski area quickly and easily. The apartment will be renovated and furnished in a modern mountain style, using reclaimed wood.
