Piedmont

In the northern Italian region of Piedmont, we are looking for a classic country house in the area between Alba and Acqui Terme. This area comprises a number of municipalities, each with its own distinctive character and building tradition. What they all have in common is that you are surrounded by the characteristic rolling hills covered with vineyards as far as the eye can see, and a large part of the area is protected by UNESCO as a World Heritage site.

You will become co-owner of a house near a small town with a local community and within a short driving distance of a supermarket.

There will be sleeping accommodation for at least 8 people, a private pool and lovely outdoor areas with views of the breathtaking landscape. Every detail will have been carefully considered in the design, both indoors and out.

Mallorca – apartment found

Spain’s largest and most diverse island has something for everyone, whether you are drawn to city life and shopping, sun-drenched beaches, or an active holiday surrounded by nature.

On the western side of the island, in the exclusive Port de Sóller, we have found the first home for the owner association. Read more about the apartment and see photos here.

The property will have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and there will be sleeping accommodation for at least 8 people.

Rome

We are looking for an apartment with high ceilings in a centrally located neighbourhood in Rome, where you can live like a local while still being close to the city’s beautiful squares and sights. It will be renovated with respect for the original details and furnished to the highest standards.

The apartment will offer accommodation for 6 people, with 2 bedrooms and preferably 2 bathrooms.

Villefranche-sur-Mer – apartment purchased

On the French Riviera, in Villefranche-sur-Mer, we have found the second home for the owner association.

The apartment enjoys wonderful views, access to a shared pool, and a peaceful setting surrounded by lush greenery. It will undergo a complete renovation, creating a beautiful and contemporary interior with an optimal layout featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living room.

A spacious south-east-facing balcony can be accessed from both the living room and the two bedrooms. It is a real highlight of the home, serving as an extension of the living space for much of the year, with plenty of room for both an outdoor dining area and comfortable lounge furniture.

Megève – apartment found

Megève is set in one of the world’s most renowned ski areas, close to Mont Blanc in the French Alps. The town combines authentic Alpine charm with an unmistakable sense of exclusivity and understated luxury. A true year-round destination, Megève offers everything from hiking, golf and mountain biking to kayaking and time simply to unwind.
