MH23 COMFORT brings together five carefully selected locations across Europe, each with its own character and plenty to explore. All five have proven their appeal, and together they offer a wonderful variety of places to enjoy throughout the year.

Piedmont

In Piedmont, we are searching for a classic country house set in peaceful rural surroundings, with a particular focus on the area between Alba and Acqui Terme.

The property should enjoy beautiful views and be located close to a village with an authentic local atmosphere. Essential amenities should also be within a short drive, offering the perfect balance between tranquil countryside living and everyday convenience.

The new property will offer plenty of room for the whole family, a private pool and inviting outdoor spaces. Every detail, both indoors and out, will be carefully considered.

Mallorca

In Mallorca, we are looking for a property in an attractive, peaceful part of the island, away from noise and heavy traffic. The location should offer a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere, with easy access to the sea and opportunities to enjoy outdoor living.

The property will either be within walking distance of a beach or have access to an attractive communal swimming pool.

The new property will have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with sleeping accommodation for at least six people.

Rome

Rome is a city of distinctive neighbourhoods, each with its own character and charm. From beautiful piazzas and historic streets to remarkable architecture, the Eternal City offers something to discover around almost every corner.

We are looking for an apartment with high ceilings in a central neighbourhood, offering the opportunity to live like a local while remaining close to the city’s beautiful squares and historic landmarks.

The apartment will offer accommodation for 6 people, with 2 bedrooms and preferably 2 bathrooms. It will be renovated with respect for the original details and furnished to the highest standards.

Villefranche-sur-Mer

The French Riviera is known for its picturesque coastal towns, each with its own character and a sense of the understated elegance that defines the South of France.

In Villefranche-sur-Mer, we are looking for an apartment in an attractive location. The property will offer beautiful views across the bay and the town, while remaining within easy reach of its charming squares, restaurants and cafés.

The apartment will feature a balcony or terrace. The beach should be within walking distance, or the property should offer access to a communal swimming pool.

The apartment will accommodate six people, with two bedrooms and one or two bathrooms.

With more than 2,900 hours of sunshine a year, the Costa del Sol invites you to enjoy long days at the beach, leisurely meals and the region’s lively atmosphere.

In Marbella, we are looking for an apartment in the sought-after Golden Triangle, stretching from Marbella towards Benahavís and Estepona.

The apartment may be situated close to the coast or a little further inland, where there may be opportunities for beautiful views of the surrounding landscape

The home will accommodate six people, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
